How do I know if I need new sod or just better watering?
That is exactly what the evaluation is for. Large dead patches with healthy grass between them usually point at irrigation coverage or a drainage problem; a lawn that is uniformly thin and brown is more often a sod question. We would rather sell you an irrigation repair than sod you do not need.
Do you install sod for commercial properties?
Yes. We offer both commercial and residential sod installations across Lake Mary, Heathrow, Altamonte Springs, Longwood and Orlando.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Estimates are free. The only thing that carries a fee is our digital landscape design work, which is $250 and is credited back toward the project if the landscape package is approved.
