Why one company
Most yards are not badly designed. They are badly maintained.
A landscape is finished on the day the crew leaves and starts declining the morning after. The pavers grey over, the roof streaks, the irrigation drifts out of alignment, the hedges lose their line — and two years later the property looks like the money was never spent.
Blue Fox does both halves. We design and construct the landscape, and we run the power washing and soft washing that keeps it — and the house it sits against — looking new. That is unusual: most landscapers do not wash, and most washing companies cannot plant. Having one company on both means nobody gets to blame the other.

Why there is no dollar figure here. Because Blue Fox does not publish unit pricing, and a number invented by a web page is worth nothing to you and less to us. What this does instead is turn "I'd like a quote" into a scoped brief — lot size, zones and services — so the estimate you get back is a real one. Estimates are free; only digital design work carries a fee, and that is credited back if the package goes ahead.

Keeping it that way
What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Pressure. Power washing uses high-pressure water on hard surfaces that can take it. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution for surfaces that cannot. The method follows the surface — and getting that backwards is how exteriors get wrecked.

A member of our professional landscape design team meets with you at the property to get your vision. Estimates are free, and this visit is where the real measuring happens.

We create a beautiful rendering of the finished product, so you are approving a picture of your own property rather than a paragraph and a price.

We build it, then keep it
Installation by the same company that designed it — and the power washing and soft washing that stops it ageing five years in two.
About the design fee. Estimates are free. As of 7/1/2023 our landscape digital design work is not — it is $250, with a 50% deposit required. If the landscape package is approved, that $250 is credited toward the landscape project. We would rather state that plainly here than surprise you with it on a call.
