How it starts
You approve a picture of your own property, not a paragraph.
A member of our professional landscape design team will meet with you to get your vision, then create a beautiful rendering of the finished product.
That step exists because of the single most expensive failure in this trade: finding out you did not want it once it is in the ground. Plants are living things on a schedule — moving a specimen tree two metres after planting is not an edit, it is a second job. Seeing the finished scheme first is cheap by comparison.
About the design fee. Estimates are free. As of 7/1/2023 our landscape digital design work is no longer free — the cost is $250.00, and a 50% deposit for digital design work is required. If the landscape package is approved, the $250.00 is credited toward the landscape project.

About design and construction.
Why does the digital design cost $250 when the estimate is free?
Because they are different things. An estimate is us pricing work we can see. A digital design is a designer spending hours producing a rendering of your property that is yours whether or not you build it. As of 7/1/2023 that work costs $250 with a 50% deposit — and if the landscape package is approved, the $250 is credited toward the project, so it costs you nothing in the end.
Can I have the design without the build?
Yes. You paid for it. The $250 credit only applies if you go ahead with us, which is the only difference.
Do you do commercial landscape construction?
Yes — residential and commercial both, across Lake Mary, Heathrow, Altamonte Springs, Longwood and Orlando.
What about drainage?
Drainage is part of design and construction rather than an afterthought, because in Central Florida it is usually the reason the last landscape failed. Water that has nowhere to go takes the turf first, then the beds, then the base under your pavers. If your property holds water, say so on the estimate call.
