Pricing
Two numbers, and neither one is hidden.
What the equipment costs once, and what monitoring costs monthly. That's it. No activation fee, no early-termination clause, no three-year agreement dressed up as a discount.
Residential monitoring
Homes.
Every plan is month to month. Cancel with thirty days' notice and keep the equipment, because you bought it rather than leased it.

The other number
Equipment, once. Financeable if you'd rather.
Installation is quoted as one fixed figure after the coverage survey, valid for 60 days. You can pay it outright or spread it over 12 to 60 months through our lending partner.
- Typical home
- $1,800 – $4,600 installed · 6–10 cameras
- Larger estate
- $5,200 – $11,000 · 12–24 cameras + access control
- Commercial
- From $6,500 · scoped per site
- Financing
- 12–60 months · soft credit check, no score impact to see your rate
- Example
- $3,200 over 36 months ≈ $99/mo
- Takeover
- $0 equipment if your existing panel is compatible
Financing covers equipment and installation only — never the monitoring fee, which stays month to month regardless.
Always included
Never a line item.
These are not upsells and they are not tiered. They are what buying a system from a licensed local company should mean.
01
The coverage survey
Two hours at your property, the drawn plan, and it stays yours whether or not you buy anything.
02
Handover training
We don't leave until you can pull a clip, review it and arm the system yourself — tested, not described.
03
The warranty
One year on our labour, two years minimum on equipment. Failed cameras are replaced and re-aimed to plan.
04
Phone support
A technician, not a queue. Same people who installed it, for as long as you have the system.
Questions
On the money, specifically.
The four that decide it for most people.
Is there really no contract?
No contract of any length. Monitoring bills monthly and you cancel with thirty days' notice. The equipment is yours outright from day one because you bought it rather than leasing it, so leaving does not mean surrendering hardware or paying off a balance.
What does a security system cost to install in DFW?
Most homes land between $1,800 and $4,600 installed, driven by camera count, cable difficulty and whether access control is included. Commercial sites start around $6,500. You get one fixed written figure after the coverage survey, and it is valid for 60 days.
Can I finance the equipment?
Yes, over 12 to 60 months through our lending partner, with a soft credit check that does not affect your score to see your rate. A $3,200 system over 36 months is roughly $99 a month. Financing covers equipment and installation, never the monitoring fee.
Do camera-only systems have a monthly fee?
None at all. Cameras record to an NVR you own and you view them on your phone at no charge. A monthly fee only starts if you want a central station watching an alarm and dispatching police, which is a separate and entirely optional service.
